About The Artist

Miles Nielsen and the Rusted Hearts:

Rockford, IL-based Miles Nielsen has spent nearly a decade enthralling audiences with music that draws force from the prime years of Western-influenced rock music and classic ‘60s soul. Claiming influences as diverse as Otis Redding’s classic soul and Jellyfish’s cult power pop recordings.

The Snowbirds:

The Snowbirds 2011 debut album was hailed by Absolute Powerpop as “a highly melodic and heartfelt slice of pop-flavored Americana…” Their sound has been compared to bands like The Jayhawks, Big Star, and the Wallflowers.

Located in the heart of downtown Appleton, Gibson Community Music Hall is an artist-centric live music venue that showcases largely original music performers representing a variety of music genres.
